I began working for Express Professional Staffing February 2011 and I was told it was a 2 mth temp to Perm position. I asked the staff if after 2mths would I be permitted to be hired and I was told yes. But when 2mths hit and the employer wanted to hire me Express decided to tell me they worked out a contract with my employer for 520 hours. This is 520 hours not including overtime hours. This way they can continue to get paid off my back". I was treated very rudely by the owner and the the staff personnel who hired me as well as the Operations manager/. It's awful and the employer doesn't want to get into any issues?. I understand that I am an at will employee and I can leave at anytime and Express will be without any more money from my hard work:. The employer already said they will not be using Express in the future and neither will I/. Give it a
few more years and you will see Express no longer is around'. When you do
bad business you lose great repeat employees and repeat employer clients/. I will also be filing a
BBB report/. I still work for the employer but this is predatory employment. 129132b
